The design is exceptional and the location is close to several beaches and restaurants.
It is quiet and spacious. Everything is well thought out and the communication from the host is articulate and quick. I honestly wanted to move into the house it was so beautiful and the outside area was worthy of a design magazine. The towels and sheets are monogrammed Guy Laroche and good quality, the appliances are high end, but we never needed to cook because the restaurants in Ithaki are wonderful and not expensive. There was nothing I did not like.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Olivea Homes. The construction and decoration were top-notch, showcasing high-quality materials that added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Our yard provided the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding. The location was fantastic, with some of the best restaurants of the island offering delicious Greek gastronomy just a stone's throw away. What truly stood out for us was the serene and peaceful atmosphere at night, creating a truly magical experience in the yard. I stayed there for five days. The holiday home was very natural and cozy, equipped with everything I could ever need. In my garden was an ancient olive tree. I really enjoyed having my dinner under its branches. The hosts were very welcoming and left me with incredible memories of Ithaca. When I checked-in they brought me fresh, locally made bread, cheese and strawberries.
Can't wait to come back.

Olivea was an absolutely PERFECT place from which to explore the island! The villa is pristine and very well decorated, the sheets and towels are top notch, and the outdoor patio was spacious and inviting. There are several wonderful tavernas in Stavros. The property manager was so warm and welcoming that we felt at home right away, and she continued to stay in touch and make great recommendations about things to do around the island throughout the week. We have just returned from a week's stay at the Olivea. We both loved the place. Excellent outdoor space with great furniture. Great outdoor shower. The villa was very well set up and we wished for nothing. Has a really great feel. Stavros is an excellent town within a 2-minute walk.

I stayed for a week to work from long distance. The house was indeed a "premium holiday home" with all amenities necessary for someone who travels and works at the same time. The home was beyond my expectations, better than presented in the website! It was quiet and cool, so I could work without any interruptions and also enjoy the outdoor area with full Wi-Fi! Few minutes walk from the center of Stavros, was a breath for me during my day to have a quick break and a nice coffee with the locals. A ten minutes drive, enough to jump into the sea for an afternoon swim.
